Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservation Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card or prepayment equivalent to the total amount of the stay.
  2. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is from 11am to 9:30pm, and check-out time is by 3pm. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  3. Payment: Payment for your stay is due upon check-in unless otherwise specified in your reservation. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
  4. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the deposit or payment made. Cancellations made within 10 of the scheduled arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 30% of the total reservation cost.
  5. No-Show and Early Departure: No-shows and early departures will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
  6. Additional Charges: Any additional charges incurred during your stay, such as room service, minibar consumption, or damages to the property, will be billed to your account upon check-out.
  7. Smoking Policy: Poggio Paradiso Resort & Spa is a smoke-free establishment unless otherwise stated in outdoor areas. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor areas. Guests found violating this policy may be subject to additional cleaning fees.
  8. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed unless otherwise specified in your reservation or with prior approval from management.
  9. Lost or Stolen Items: Poggio Paradiso Resort & Spa is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during your stay. Please ensure that valuable belongings are secured in the provided safety deposit box.
  10. We are not responsible for personal injuries caused inside or outside our facilities' installation, during the stay or transit in our facilities.
  11. Furthermore, we are not responsible for any situation caused in tours or walks outside our facilities.
  12. Right to Refuse Service: Poggio Paradiso Resort & Spa reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
  13. By confirming your reservation with Poggio Paradiso, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Cancellation Policies

Please read our cancellation policy carefully, as it is not common for us to make an exception for it. In order to avoid any misunderstandings, we would appreciate your paying attention to the following:


  • No full refund is made if cancellation occurs within seven days of arrival.
  • A full refund will be issued only for cancellations occurring more than 7 days in advance.
  • Date changes will be made at least 7 days in advance.
  • If the guest cancels less than 7 days in advance, the advance deposit will not be refundable.
  • If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the paid nights will not be refundable.
  • In case the guest simply does not show up (and does not cancel in advance), the total price of the reservation will be charged and this will be non-refundable.
  • For reasons of the COVID-19 pandemic, if the guest cancels with less than 8 days, the beds will be opened for sale, and in case the beds are sold, the guest can use their advance payment for a future reservation within the next 12 months. You must attach a positive test.
